Learning Tasks:
1. Follow the link to a reading comprehension story.http://readtheory.org/intermediate/A_Cold_Day.htm
2. Read the story in the above link. Click on “show all questions” after the reading passage.
3. Answer the questions after the passage.
4. Print the page with the passage and questions because it has the score at the top. If you cannot print the page write your score down on a piece of paper and turn it into your teacher.
5. After you have answered the comprehension questions you are going to write your summary. Be sure to include just the important information in the story. Who is in this story, where did this story take place, and what is the main idea of the reading. Use the answers to your comprehension questions to help you.
