Welcome

Welcome to Mr. Bowersock's Physical Education and Health Class.

5th & 6th grade students will have physical education on a rotational basis. They have class everyday during the rotation, typically 15 school days, then rotate to the next special.

7th & 8th grade will have class for one semester, with physical education typically being M-W-F and health on T-R.

Proper P.E. Attire

Students are expected to change for physical education classes. Proper attire is athletic shoes (that are tied!), basketball shorts or sweatpants, and a t-shirt or long-sleeved shirt. All jewelry is to be taken off except for anything that provides medical information or stud earrings.

The daily participation grade will be determined through the use of pedometers (step counters). Students must meet the required number of steps (2500) in a class period to earn full participation points for the day.
