Welcome! My name is Mrs. Timmerman and I can't wait to get started with the new school year! This is my fifth year teaching Language Arts at New Bremen Middle School. I graduated from Wright State University in 2014 and from Anna High School in 2009. I grew up on a small farm outside of Anna with my parents and four brothers. I live in Russia with my husband and daughter. Some of my hobbies include gardening, riding bikes, being with my family and friends, going to the beach, and reading!
I hope you are looking forward to all of the fun and exciting things we will do in fifth grade this year! We will be setting and meeting Accelerated Reader goals, reading many fun, new novels, completing lots of writing projects, and you will all be participating in the Wax Museum in the spring! My goal is to inspire all of my students to love reading as much as I do, and to appreciate all of the adventures that great literature can show you! We are going to have a spectacular year!
