Re-Enroll for Kroger Community Rewards
Each year starting April 1st, members of the Kroger Community Rewards Program have to re-enroll into the service. Here are the instructions for re-enrolling:
• For a member to re-enroll their card simply go to www.Kroger.com/CommunityRewards
• Click “sign-in”
• Put in the email address and password that was used to enroll your card.
• Follow the prompts to select New Bremen Elementary/Middle School #97873 as your recipient organization
• Click Enroll.
• You are now enrolled for the May 1st 2016 to April 30th 2017 year of Kroger Community Rewards!
If you are having an issue with your password and or email address please call 1-800-KROGERS, press 5 for customer service, press 5 to speak to a customer service representative.
If it is the first time you are registering, you will need to set-up an account first.
• For a member to enroll their card simply go to www.Kroger.com/CommunityRewards
• Click “create an account”
• Put in your email address and password. Confirm password
• Enter plus card number
• Go to Community Rewards (near bottom)
• Complete the enrollment information (name, address, etc.)
• Put in the group number (#97873) or part of the name of the organization (New Bremen Elementary/Middle School).
• Click Enroll.
You are now enrolled for the May 1st 2016 to April 30th 2017 year of Kroger Community Rewards!
TO SIGN UP FOR THE KROGER COMMUNITY REWARDS PROGRAM OVER THE TELEPHONE:
Call Kroger Customer Service at 800-567-4377 and choose Option 3
TO SIGN UP FOR THE KROGER COMMUNITY REWARDS PROGRAM ONLINE:
1. Go to www.Kroger.com and register your Kroger Plus card online. If you do not already have a Kroger Plus card you can get one at the customer service desk at any Kroger.
2. Click on “Create and account” to register your Kroger Plus card.
3. Most participants are new online customers, so they must click on SIGN UP TODAY in the ‘New Customer?’ box.
4. Sign up for a Kroger Rewards Account by entering zip code, clicking on favorite store, entering your email address and creating a password, agreeing to the terms and conditions
5. You will then get a message to check your email inbox and click on the link within the body of the email.
6. Click on My Account and use your email address and password to proceed to the next step.
7. Click on Edit Kroger Community Rewards information and input your Kroger Plus card number.
8. Update or confirm your information.
9. Enter NPO number or name of organization (New Bremen Local School is 97873), select organization from list and click on confirm.
10. To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will see your organization’s name on the right side of your information page.
11. REMEMBER, purchases will not count for your group until after your member(s) register their card(s).
12. Do you use your phone number at the register? Call 800-576-4377, select option 4 to get your Kroger Plus card number.
13. Members must swipe their registered Kroger Plus card or use the phone number that is related to their registered Kroger Plus card when shopping for each purchase to count.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q. How do I know if my Kroger Plus card is enrolled?
A. At the bottom of your Kroger receipt you will see, “At your request, Kroger is donating to New Bremen Local School.”
Q. Does everything in my shopping cart apply towards my donation to the school?
A. Specific purchases that are excluded include alcohol, tobacco, postage stamps, certain gift cards, lottery tickets, fuel, sales tax, etc.
Q. Can I donate to more than one organization?
A. No, your Kroger Plus card can only be linked to one organization at a time.
Q. Will I still earn fuel points and all the other perks of a Kroger Plus card?
A. Yes, participating in the Kroger Community Rewards program only helps your school, it does not take away or diminish any of the other advantages of being a Kroger Plus card holder.
