Dear Parent(s),

As we plan for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year, we request your participation in a mandatory transportation survey for each of your children. This survey will help us ensure safe and efficient transportation arrangements for all students whether they ride a bus or have alternate means.

This week, you will receive an email with a link to access the survey. Please note that you will need to complete a separate survey for each child enrolled in our district. The survey link can be accessed multiple times until you have provided the necessary information for all your children.

We appreciate your cooperation in completing the surveys by May 24, 2024. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our district secretary, Yvette Blaine at 419-629-8606 Ext. 3000.

Two Important Notes: 1) If your child's transportation needs change during the summer or school year, please notify Yvette Blaine immediately to update their records. 2) Please check your junk/spam email folder if you do not receive the email in your inbox.

 NEW BREMEN EDUCATION FOUNDATION CONTINUES TO ASSIST STUDENTS WITH ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS

The New Bremen Education Foundation is pleased to announce the opening of its 2024 fundraising campaign to generate scholarship money for graduates of New Bremen High School.  In the first year of operation, the foundation awarded 7 academic scholarships.  In 2023, the foundation gave out 121 awards totaling approximately $149,849.00.  The Education Foundation Trustees invite individuals, businesses, and organizations to consider a contribution to this worthy cause.  The amount of each donation may remain confidential; however, the names of all donors will be released during the scholarship presentation at graduation unless requested otherwise.

There are two different types of donations.  The first is an annual contribution, all of which is distributed as scholarship monies to this year’s recipients.  Secondly, donors of large sums of cash, stocks, or bonds may specify their gift as a perpetual donation.  These donations are invested with only the interest being distributed each year.  The names of individuals or groups who make perpetual donations are included on the donor list every year following the donation.

Any group or individual interested in making a contribution can do so by cash or check.  Checks should be made payable to “New Bremen Foundation” with the scholarship name noted in the memo line and can be mailed to: New Bremen Foundation, PO Box 97, New Bremen, OH 45869.  If you have any questions please contact Anna Rammel, New Bremen Foundation Coordinator, at [email protected].

Just a reminder to parents: When we have a 3-Hour Delay, our school day does not extend. Students are dismissed at our regular/usual end of day time of 3:05PM.
